So you either spawned up here, or spent the PED out of your pocket to come check out the coolest spot in space. Now you are lost and have all of the same questions I had when I arrived. Here are your answers.

The central hub where people meet and do business is the control room. In the control room there are all the terminals you might need with the exception of an auctioneer, he can be found by taking the teleport to North main complex. Take note of the things you see people advertising to buy so you know what to save while hunting and what you want to feed to the TT.

If you are wanting to hunt the first things you need are armor and a weapon. For starting on CND I highly recommend getting goblin armor because the first 2 domes you will be hunting in have mobs with acid based attacks as well as impact. Goblin armor can be purchased in the CND mall area just or on the auction system for roughly TT+8.79 for a set as a male character and slightly less for a female. Also get a solomate opalo off of the TT if you are wanting to hunt with a rifle as well as the medium cell ammo for it which also comes from the trade terminal. You will also want to get a FAP-5 to heal yourself as it is very efficient. If you have the spare PED I recommend getting a second opalo as well as an amp, preferably an a103 which can be purchased from several shops in the CND mall. Use your amped opalo if you get swarmed by multiple mobs, or a mob comes that is a higher maturity than you can handle with your unamped you can take it down instead of wasting PED by shooting at it then dieing.

Now that your shopping spree is over you should have all that you need to begin skilling your way to uberness. I suggest you start in dome 3 as it is full of snablesnot, daikiba, and berycled all of low maturity. Hunt to your hearts content here until 600+ rifle. At that point you have the option to start hunting with your amped opalo in dome 5. Personally I chose to stay in dome 3 until my opalo maxed out it's stats before I amped and moved on. By the time you get to this point you should have a good hold on how things work in CND and be ready to venture out on your own. As far as amps a lot of shops including mine has them, A103 being the best starter amp.

Thank you. I will edit my post to suggest visiting the mall to buy an amp. If only some of the shop keepers would keep gobby armor up for sale it would make newbie life a lot better here on CND.

like Epic has said there are a lot of shops that stock 103's etc. our shop hasa lot of amps and i'll even throw in some more goblin sets for ppl @)

Thanks guys, after looking around the shops some more last night I did manage to find an entire set of goblin armor for sale. Going to edit post to reflect that. If anyone can think of anything else I should add just let me know. I know I would have loved to have had this guide when I first set foot on CND.

Very helpful.

Just some extra info. There is an auctioneer near the control room. Go to the west past the fertilizer room. There is another room just like the control room which has an auctioneer.

True, but it takes me longer to get to that one than just TP straight to the main complex one.
