The solution is Stoffer’s Pawn Shop.

Think of it as a loan with NO INTEREST, but a fixed fee depending on the loan amount.

Here’s how it works:

1. You contact me in-game or via e-mail or MSN
(stofferspawnshop@hotmail.com)
2. We discuss details either ingame or via e-mail or MSN*
3. We meet up ingame and complete the transaction.
4. You get a receipt on your e-mail saying that I am
in possession of one of your items, priced xxxxPED
which will be returned to you within (date) upon payment
of xxxxPED.


Terms:

1. All loans are paid in PED, and all loans are repaid in PED.
2. The loan period is limited to a number of days/weeks that
we agree on.
3. Failure to repay within the agreed timeframe voids the
loan, and the collateral item is now mine to dispense with
however I see fit.
4. It’s my privilege to decide wether I want to do business or
not. Some items will not be accepted as collateral due to
instabilities in the market etc.

My pledge:

1. I will do my best to be available to take out loans and
claim pawned items.
2. I will come to your location to make the deal.**
3. I will NEVER stiff or cheat you!

I would appreciate it if people respond to this thread and give feedback (like they do on Ebay) – positive or negative. That way you all can decide wether you trust me or not.


Prices

1-50 ped = 5.00 ped fee
51 – 99 ped = 7.50 ped fee
100 –199 ped = 10.00 ped fee
200- 499 ped = 20.00 ped fee
500- 999 ped = 40.00 ped fee
1000 – 1999 ped = 100 ped fee
2000 - 4999 ped = 250 ped fee

The fee on higher amounts will be determined in each case. However, they will not sky-rocket.
