The pic is from an impromptu dance party that Moonie put together in the Control Room one night ... that's him with his back to us in the pic, but it was a fun night for sure.

This whole ATM thingie that MA is implementing is going to make a lot of ppl happy, so it'll be interesting to see how it all plays out.

We've seen MANY (as in too many to list) mod bots on our own site pop up with this news: IT is HUGE!

For starters, I think this will revolutionize the entire virtual gaming system as we know it. As ND says in one of the articles I read, it will now be possible to sell a bp in game one hour, and go to the ATM the next for a nice, well-deserved dinner

I would never have imagined this, at least not any time soon!

I also think it may prove to help the scamming situation. Now, ppl that use these ATM's will be held accountable to more than just MA... I assume there will be careful screening on the applications just as there are in any rl Versatel cards- which means if scamming ocurs, WHAM! You have your arse being handed to you on a plate by not MA, but by the authorities. Brilliant if that's how it will work.

And the above NYTimes article says: "By selling apartments and storefronts to other players and by imposing taxes on players' hunting and mining on his real estate, he is now making about $12,000 a month on his investment, he estimates. And his big nightclub is still under construction." Nice ND- Truly awesome to read!

As there is also going to be another newb rush ( dub this them the ATM newbs, as oposed to the CND newbs and the TI newbs)

So i would like to request that everyone help in asimilating these new ones to help them understand how EU works and how to have fun and be aware of scammers and bad mentors.

I totally agree. We CND enthusiasts would do well to try to get some of these noobs to start their adventure in CND.
