wow, its great to see the community already forming here. Also now that i see it, it's great to have a forum, focused on a small area of PE... There is so much that's going to take place here, besides all the regualar hunting, trading etc... Yesterday I was working in the Studio in Los Angeles with a couple of very cool young guys from Ireland. Who have been producing and Re-mixing lots of big pop acts.
like Britney and others...

And one of the Guys, Mark told me how he had read about Club Neverdie and was very excited to create a virtual band etc....

Anyway so we started brainstorming and basicly we are going to have our own Club Neverdie style "Making of the Band" experience.

These guys are gonna create avatars, invlove the community in the making of thier album, test their songs out on you, offer prizes, remix opportunities, eventualy tickets to gigs, appearances in Music Videos etc, etc... Anything that we can come up with..

They are hugely talented and I think this will be the begining of Club Neverdie becoming not just a venue for live music, but also a creative community.

So I will let you know more about this story as it unfolds.

In the meantime we all worked on the Club NEVERDIE theme track which we hope to have a rough version of in time for the launch...

Also Im talking to a couple of different people about handling the Event management. Threads etc... Hopefully they will be in place this week..

And lastly you can expect a Design overhaul of RealityPort in the next week and also The launch of the official CLUB NEVERDIE portal..
which is our window to the POP World...

It would be cool if you had your own voting booth/feedback mechanism so we could vote for this "Making the Band" or submit feedback.

Then you could have "Battle of the Bands" too! Cool!

I hope that one day I can get my music played in the club. Its a more country/light rock feel to it though. Mabye on theme nights or somthing. It will still be a while before I submit anything though, only have 4 songs, and I want at least a cd full before I do.

Also if you want to advertise realityport or the download link they give you to get players to the resort Id gladly let you free of charge. My site isn't big yet but I'm working at it, and everything I have gotten including the domain and hosting has been free. So people see potential. PM me if you want to put up a banner or somthing.

Of all the threads I didn't respond to, this one ... I think you know by now ND that I'm onboard with that passion we talked about in the Street Teams thread.

I have NO doubt that this venture is going to elevate our virtual world experience perhaps more than we might anticipate. I know that you have your vision firmly implanted, and I think for the most part we're all sitting on the edge to see what your next move is going to be, but also are confident that it's going to be exciting.

You WILL succeed, and based on what the forum members have posted here thus far, we're all in your corner for making it happen. The fact that you have solicited ideas from the forum community, and engaged so many key ppl to help facilitate activities and events, speaks to your commitment that you want this experience to be the best it can be for all. You also openly listen to what forum members are sharing with regard to their experiences, and I think that's part of keeping everyone on the same page.

I won't wish you luck, bcuz I think it takes great insight, planning, and execution to achieve the goals you have set for yourself and this community ... and if anyone wants to know how successful they are, they only need to look at the results.

Here's to a blowout 2006, and helping you accomplish your mission!!
