Oki ppl I have been participating in a few events now and have gatherd a few wins with the result I now have a few extra apts. In one particular event the apt was won in a strange way, read here: http://www.realityport.com/forum/showthread.php?t=839 (PvP Event on CND - "Adrenaline Rush III")
but the other ones was won in a way I can be proud of. So whats the point of this post some may think. I will tell dont be afraid...

The thing is this apt I recieved as second prize in a event created by Mjukis (Stoikow) and well he started a event about it and hmm I plan to sell it

. i could sell it for 1k or so on au but have different plans for it. I wanna make it possible for someone who want a apt but perhaps dont have the peds atm. The win was only half from my side so the price of the apt will only be half as well.

The thing is anyone could say they need it and then later put it on au for 1k and I would just be angry and annoyed on that person. So come with suggestions on persons looking for a apt and send it either to me in a pm or post. I donnu perhaps all have apts here allready if so perhaps u have a friend or something looking for one.

Does 500 ped for the apt sound fine? Someone might think why not just give it away if u gonna be nice, hmm because then a decent person wouldnt be able to sell it if they happen to be in need of peds some day without being ashamed to death...

I don't know if he'd want me to say this but Sir Odd has been wanting an apartment badly since he first came to CND.

He always bids on them and they get sold for way more than he can afford. I bet he can find a way to pay you in increments or something but I better step away now.

I am in agreement with Epic about Sir Odd Bunny (OB) ... he's a totally sweet person and is always contributing in a HUGE way to everyone's fun at CND.

He's always the optimist (read his diary), and I believe he would absolutely be proud to finally have an apt at CND and become an "official" resident. I also believe that it would become a prized possession and he would never think of turning around and selling it.

Odd Bunny in my book is one of the "good" people for sure, with his attitude, perspective, and intentions in the right place. He would definitely get my vote as well.

Kimmi did you read the first post bro? I think this is supposed to be an opportunity for someone to own an apartment who does NOT have high skills, nice items, and a master coat.

Its more safe that way, 1 apparment for each gf :P

and its Cognac Coat! not some noob master coat, never been more insulted in my intirelife.. pfff to you :P

I am as Epic & MS9 said interested in owning a place for my own, but as I cannot make a large amount of PED I get buried below eveyone else's bids.

As I'm working for PE Directory and participating in a few other competitions as well, so I have a steady stream of PEDs trickling in.
