Another Question. ;) Opening? - Realityport

Hi all,

I'm a little slow when it comes to keeping track of things atm so can someone clarify when the actual opening day will be for me plz?

I have read a few things here and on EF and some say cant wait for 19th some for 21st? little confused.

Plus if i find out i can clear everything i have for that day and get straight on up there

Also, having just read the thread about the globals and HoF's competition. I take it the opening of the resort will be the start of VU7.9? I'll turn on my comp extra early, cus i cant helping thinking the DL will be quite long. especially at peak times. lol

My understanding is ... that it's the 19th, but I guess maybe we'll wait to see what the "official word" is. Sorry I couldn't be more definitive in my answer my friend.

Club Neverdie is due to be added on DEC 19th 2005.
it will be implemented with the next VU patch.

Of course, that date is not guaranteed, but MA are doing there very best. Also Launch day will be filmed for a TV Documentary... More details on that later.

Another one for you. Do the updates of VU's etc ake place at 00:01 on day of launch etc. Want to see if we can make it to be one of first few up there. (even if it means a late night/V early morning. lol)

I think we're all antsy about this launch and ready to buckle up for the next leg of this virtual adventure. My mind is racing already with ideas, and I have started a list of some pretty uber Calypsonians whose adventures I will be screening and doing pic storlylines on. The list is top secret right now ... and if any one of you uber dudes or dudettes on the list gives it away, the deal is off.

I dont think anxious is the right word more like on edge sitting on the edge of our seats waiting for the moment we can go.

I absolutely love doing the picture storylines, and have one I'm working on right now as a result of taking the SttM society maiden voyage to the Crystal Palace with "Space Captain Suicide" and his "First Mate Zoe" and "Mystique." What a great experience. I'll be posting that storyline at the EF forum, so be sure to check it out. I'm working on it now and it should be up in a little while.

Perhaps NeverDie will consider creating a separate area for the picture storylines so that they won't get lost in the midst of the influx of postings. It would be cool to have them readily available, especially with newcomers, because all of the storylines here will of course be about the Space Resort and Club NEVERDIE. They will depict not only what's available in this next level of our virtual world adventure, but also just how much fun ppl are having.

Glad you enjoy the pic storylines ... there will be plenty more to come for sure ... and the uber player highlights will also add another dimension to this already exciting experience. I will be the "Paparazzi" along for the ride to capture just what an uber player does and how they do it. I know NeverDie has the launch covered with regard to a TV Documentary, but perhaps after the dust has settled and we slide into that less frenzied mode of play (that might be a challenge though

), I might be able to capture NeverDie in an event or adventure that could be prominently displayed at this forum. Guess we'll see ... but stay tuned for the others as well. It's going to be an interesting ride for sure ... and the humor will be there as always.
