Pilote of the month!

There has been alot of rumble lately with the pilots and its not good for either the passangers, pilots and hangar owners. So I got the idee of having a contest each months, where CND could proclaim "Pilote of the Month". Just like any other mag or webpagde does irl with the celebraties, who has the boobs of the month etc... anyway with the pilots I wanted to focus more on their service and less on the boobs...

Things that would be evaluated would be something like this:

* Waiting time!
(How do he treat the passangers, if someone need 5min to go to storage, does the pilote say okey, or does he bad talk them. If someone dont have tpchip does he understand that no everyone can afford that luxury.)

* Helping!
(It is your first flight and you dont know exactly how to press HUD or sit. Is the pilote helpfull and let you take your time.)

* General behavior towards passangers!
(Is it a positive pilote in general, with a happy tune and nice to talk to)

* Wrong flight!
(The pilote clicks wrong, and goes from Calypso to CND, but should gone to CP first, does he then take the trip down to CP or does he not. **This does not include when someone relog and endback up where they fly from, that is MA bugg and can NOT be loaded on the Pilote.)

* Relations to other Pilots!
(What does the other pilots think of him, is there a good tone between him and the rest. Is he known to be a trouble maker or is he one of the "guys".)

* Price!
(When someone need badly to go up, alone of fullship, and there are no other passangers. Does he then take advantage of the situation and charge WAY over normal price rate)

Some issues still need to be worked out, so this is just brainstorming. About how this should be settled. One of two ways, either the pilots nominate 3 pilots each month and the passangers vote on them, or the passangers nominate 3 pilots and the pilots vote on them.

I like every characteristis you have posted above and think that anything that would benefit the community through better piloting would be a good idea.

perhaps it could be run via a poll, in the player run events with all votes being visible, so we can see whose voting for the pilots.
it could be a monthly thing...

its certainly a good idea to recognize good pilots.

All events are very time consuming to run and promote however and this one could be very tricky and hard to evaluate.

Certainly sounds like a good idea.
I'm all for it.
Maybe rather we should list all the usual pilots and people can vote on them.

I think both passengers and pilots should vote.
