Flights from Calypso to CND? I wanna' go back to the club.

Anyone doing cheap flights to CND? I've been messing around in Calypso and I've decided I like CND much more. Considering making it my new home, actually.

So, how's 'bout it. Any pilots not charging an arm and a leg for a flight?

Zulu, although the price can seem hefty at first, 20 ped is standard. And the overhead the pilots have to cover to operate their ships (repairs, oil, etc.) is such that they really are only making a very small profit on those flights, while spending a large amount of time doing their work.

The pilots are good people who work hard and make little profit, while always getting us back and forth when we need them. So do what you can to support the friendly airlines while balancing that with what your pocketbook will allow.

P.S. I definitely agree, CND *is* much more fun. I'll see you there soon!

I understand that 20 ped is the new norm, but so was 15. I've seen pilot(s?) around charging 15, but I'd like to expand my contact list. If you'd like to further press your enlightenment, please lay out some details for me to chew on. Until I can find a pilot that charges 20 ped a person (4 passengers? 80 PED?) that'll lay down exact numbers for me, I'll always feel a bit left in the dark and suspicious of the price.

Well Zulu.
Cost is about 40-45ped so 35-40ped win.
But you have o remember the time ppl shout "4 seats left".

and that is many pilot wanna fly ppl but they also want some earnings I gues.

So if you like CND (like I and many others) then pay 20ped and then stay up there.

CND is makeing EU more that MA want (dont know why thou)

WARP at SPACE

And if you are planning to take a ride...

use the new booking system ...
you wont have to look for a pilot anymore...

http://warp.atspace.com

the pilot will find you... online pilots who are loged on to the system
are marked with a green light...

select your destination leave the browser open and go play your game...
an alarm sound will be heard saying "ATTENTION" (for now soon the
message will change) then you have to go to the browser and confirm
your flight ... on the ticket you will see flight details like meeting point
and pilot name and hangar... their e-mail and website...

you then go meet your pilot in game at the specified meeting place

and voila you win a ride without looking for one

Cheers
Ido

PS. tell everyone about the system

Zulu, I'm not understanding your exact question, but let me try to provide some details. The standard price is 20 ped per person .. the ship will hold 4 passengers, for a total of 80 ped per trip.
There is one pilot that I know of who charges 15. Another who charges 25. In general, however, 20 is the norm.

If you wish to fly with a specific pilot, I would recommend contacting them directly to arrange a flight time that will work when you both are online. Otherwise, the easiest way to find a pilot when you need a ride is to go to Twin Peaks, as that is the standard spot where the pilots advertise and wait for passengers.

If you'd like a complete list of pilots and hangars, we are in the process of building one on Entropia Directory. It is "work in progress" but this might give you some info you are looking for:

I hope that helps!
