The Dance scene has been exploding for some time now. The CND Disco is fabulous, but may be a bit overwhelming for smaller parties. Enter the personal dance floor idea. Using apartments and some ingenuity, we can create our own personal club atmosphere, just right for a handful of friends. Here are some shots of Al's version, the first to go public, I believe.
The first thing I came upon at Al's place, made me cringe with fear. I was confronted with a hair stylist's chair, which as we all know is more terrifying to me, than anything else this universe can put forth (except maybe Al).
Having been mildly sedated after the chair sighting, I was able to examine Al's handiwork. The dance floor is well thought out, and well appointed. It was very comfortable to dance on.
Some found the atmosphere quite arousing.
Fliss was narrowly focused on AL. Her eyes penetrating deep into his black soul. Be careful, Fliss. In the mean time, Al was toying with Sir Odd, elevating him. Odd is seemingly unaware of what was to come next.
The camera does not lie! This picture needs no further explanation. Sorry Fliss, but it would seem that your efforts on this night, have been wasted. I don't think Odd was much impressed, either.
But I digress! We are talking about dance floors, not dance conduct. My apologies.
Seeing how nice Al's floor was, I decided to try my hand at constructing my own. I wanted it to be different, and I think I accomplished that. Here it is, complete with built-in lighting.
Add a few close friends and zany characters, and you have this:

My floor is open to the public! Located in the Rocking Tower of Beta South, apartment 5E. Please feel free to stop by and try it out for yourself. Bring freinds, and have a party. All I ask, is that you report any damage that may occur during your stay. I know all too well, that parties can get out of control, and this is to be expected.
I look forward to strutting my stuff on
YOUR floor, once you build it. There are a few others that I know of, that are being designed. I can't wait!
