Those of you who are active at Club NEVERDIE who run businesses or who participate in Events or simply hang out. You all have extensive first hand experience of the nature of CND.
You understand the business model. You know that the primary revenues are generated from hunting and Mining taxes, you know that additonal revenue is generated from the the sale of shops and apartments. You know now first hand the strength of the market for Shops and Apartments at CND. You know the effort that we all put into creating events to make CND a fun places to be. Above all you know that CND is a legitimate business model, that exists on smaller scales all over Calypso with Land Areas etc. You have not seen my Figures, but you can estimate how many people are in the domes at any given time and you know how much you turn over in an hour therefore you can estimate the potential tax revenue give or take a bit.
Also for traders, shopkeepers or Amp Crafters your revenues are tied very closely to the traffic at CND so it's easy for you to know if their is activity...
based on all that knowledge and first hand experience you can evaluate weather $100,000 USD for CND was a bargain.
Would you buy CND now for $100k if U could?
